These terms govern the use of the SpinReelz platform. By registering an account, a player accepts every condition listed below in full.

Eligibility

Registration is limited to individuals aged 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher. SpinReelz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point and to suspend an account pending that verification. One account is permitted per person, household, IP address and payment method; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus winnings voided.

Account Responsibilities

Players are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support immediately. SpinReelz is not liable for losses resulting from a player’s failure to secure their own login details.

• Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement.
• Table games contribute 10% toward the wagering requirement.
• Live dealer games contribute 5% toward the wagering requirement.
• Deposits made via Paysafecard or other prepaid vouchers do not qualify for the match.
• Any bonus funds remaining unwagered after the clearance window are forfeited automatically.
• SpinReelz may withhold winnings obtained through bonus abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting patterns, use of banned strategies, or exploiting a game malfunction.

Deposits And Withdrawals

Minimum deposit across most methods is €10, rising to €20 for cryptocurrency. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallets typically clear within 24 hours, card and bank transfers within 1 to 5 business days, and cryptocurrency within roughly 12 hours. SpinReelz may request additional verification before releasing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above the platform’s standard threshold. Withdrawals are paid out using the same method as the original deposit wherever possible.
